Kat Yazhari (ky)
Growing up sharing a house with two burly older brothers, Katherine turned to pen and ink from a young age, if only to vent her frustrations of being the tortured younger sibling. Her passion for writing stayed with her throughout adolescence, and now in her twenties, she’s trying make it as a news-hack. With a degree in History of Art under her belt, and a Masters in Journalism, she’s well equipped to write about the various shades of blue you may find painted on a canvas. She loves her oversized headphones, but has a fear of cotton wool.
Afshin Rohani (af)
Afshin is a 21 year old University student from West-London, who currently studies Communication and Media. His interests include music, film and blogging, especially when they all combined! Fascinated with new media and the global message of unity at the heart of the Bahá’í Faith, he tries to make this have an impact on his work. One of his personal ambitions is to use his passion of Rap music, to present a positive message for young people. Abi Reedy (ar)
Abi Reedy is a volunteer by occupation and a writer by ambition. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, with a concentration in post-colonial studies. Her interests lie in language and media and their ability to generate societal norms and influence how we understand reality. Abi has previously spent considerable amounts of time in China, Israel, Chicago, Texas, and Southern California.
